All events catering
- We can design the menu with you or we can do it for you based on your needs.
- Choose what you want from our different menu options: individually packed meals, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, appetizers and food stations
- We provide menu testing with a $50 charge for two persons, which will be deducted from the main contract.
- Our services can be for 1 or more persons, with a $300 minimum contract.
- We can take care of all the necessary rentals of all the essential materials like glassware, serving plates, chairs, tables, linens, napkins, and cutlery. Our fee is 15% of the total cost, in addition, the rental insurance.
- Professional staff is available to cover the event with 3 hours minimum, and in case the event is more than the standard 7.5 hour shift, then the additional event labour will be billed at a standard 1.5 x per hour
- The service may or may not include delivery, set-up, break-down, general cleaning, food preparation, and serving.
- The booking deposit is for 25% of the total invoice; the deposit is non-refundable. Then, 50% once the event is confirmed and the last 25% on the day of the event.
- The event’s confirmation must be 10 days before the event day. After this, you can include guests but not decrease the number, until one day before the event day.
- You can cancel your order 20 days or more before the event free of charge, between 19 to 10 days before the event 15% will be charged, and less than 10 days 100% of your invoice will be billed.
- The gratuity payment is at the client’s discretion
- Our staff on site includes managers, servers and bartenders.
- You must fill out the Event Catering form.
